Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed items
- Items damaged by customer use
- Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges based on product availability. If you need a different size or color, contact us and we will help you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
